Yay! I know that it isn't an amazing amount, but it's not bad considering it's not been very long since I started this blog. I couldn't be more happier to see that people have been reading and appreciating my posts-it's so cute! In celebration, as promised, is my overnight bag essentials.
I used to be one of those people that just shrugged and said my phone when my parents asked me what I was taking to a sleepover-over experience I have slowly realised I need more and more things with me, and right now it's at a point where I bring a hugs bag with me. It's a problem. But here are my top products to take.
Number 1-Dry Shampoo
I cannot stress to you how much I need this. When I used to stay with my boyfriend, every morning I always neede to shower because there seems to be something about staying somewhere other than my house that makes my hair want to grease out. Does this happen to you too? Comment below-I need to know I am not alone on this. I always use the Batiste Tropical Dry Shampoo; it's the only smell I like, and the only brand I trust to give me as little white flakes as possible. I also used it if I haven't done my roots to make them blonde....I feel ashamed.
Number 2-Volumising Spray
I actually do appreciate the thickness of my hair. The individual strands themselves are thin, but there is alot of hair on my head, and I don't really need any help. However, I do use this product, but only because the smell lasts at least until I get home, and after a shower of trying to get the grease out of my hair, I need the nice aroma to last. I use the VO5 Volume Boost Gel Spray to make my friends think I don't smell like a mangy skunk. So sue me.
Number 3-Lip Balm
Ah yes, a product that I only use as it should be used and one that most people used. Success. I use the Malin+Goetz lip balm overnight instead of just using Vaseline because I find that it only lasts half the night, whereas when I wake up I can still feel the M+G still on my lips. For some reason my camera decided that my bottle was too small to focus on, so sorry about that.
Number 4-The Full Monty
Absolute essentials. When you take your make-up off, you still want to look somewhat presentable-ant this trio definitely does the trick. My mum got me this set one Christmas, and I have requested for it ever since; the Clarity Cream Cleanser, Toner and Moisturiser. This pack lasts you about 6 months, and after it's use makes your skin feel clean and make-up free but also not red and like you've just scraped your makeup off with a window wiper, which is a relief when you are with company. I love these, and you can find these online. I recommend.
Up tomorrow is my top 5 jewellery items-I hope you'll be back to have a cheeky read. See you soon guys.
Kimaginary :)
