Spa day-part 1

So, as it's a sunday and I thought I was in a bit of a need of a me-day, I decided to round up all the products I have been wanting to try and giving them a go.

I kick-started the day with a lovely argan oil hair mask by Xpel, which is super good for your hair and also only took up 10 minutes. After that I towel dried my hair and added a few drops of my new argon oil hair treatment, also my Xpel. I always find that using the same brand of hair treatment always makes my hair experience more worthwhile, and hopefully I'll start to see the effects after a more long-term treatment.
Next up was maintaining my nails. Through cleaning, I had really ruined my nails by not using gloves, so I had to trim them back and file them, as well as using cuticle cream. Hopefully my nails will be back to normal soon so I can try some of my new nail polishes! I also exfoliated my feet, and used my new mint foot lotion by the foot factory. I've gotta say, my feet have had quite a bit of wear and tear recently, and I did find that they were much more soft than before. I also loved the scent-I didn't think I'd enjoy mint as a foot lotion smell, but I actually really enjoyed it and it reminded me of spring.

Hands? Check. Feet? Check. Hair? Check. Which could only mean it was facepack time-I used the Montagne Jenesse Fruit Smoothie face mask in Raspberry and Mango flavour. Up until around 2 weeks ago I had never really seen the draw of mango, but after tasting it in a smoothie I'm starting to really appreciate it's sweetness. When I put it on, I was a little disappointed in the smell, as it didn't smell very mango-like, but it was a lovely scent nevertheless. The packet said I was in for 'fresher, cleansed and softer skin', and that was exactly what it did. It also soothed my acne a little, as it had started to pick up due to my hayfever.
Time for a little break from treatments for some berries and a magazine read-part 2 to be up tonight!

Kimaginary :)
